Explanation
Developed in 2001, the side processing machine adopted optimal designing through 3D design and the simulation based on the thorough structure analysis. Since then, it has developed as cutting-edge processing equipment with optimal spines, beds and the hydraulic clamp structure without any frame transformation in order to solve problems
occurring when two sides are processed at the same time. Thanks to tool changes, its production capability has been increased and tolerance control and quality has been improved.
Under the multi-joint robot system, the perfect unmanned automated system is realized by connecting several side processing machines to share data.

Usable for the materials with the width up to 120mm and the length up to 2400mm

Control Tolerance for Products
Maximum 0.03 for the product within the width of 300mm and the length of 1250mm
